Hummus bi Tahini
Garbanzo Bean Purée With Tahini
1 15.5 oz can of garbanzo beans
3 tablespoons tahini 
2 cloves of garlic chopped
½ teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
Juice of one lemon
  • Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. 
  • Taste and add more lemon juice, salt, or tahini to your liking.  
  • Swirl onto a dish or shallow bowl. 
  • Drizzle with olive oil. 
  • Lightly sprinkle with paprika for color.
